Hey guys, jus curious...
Went to the track yesterday, and it was actually HOT. My best time in the 1/8th was that 9.2 and it was cool...
My friend in a 2 door 5speed accord ran a best 10.3 that day....
Ok, we went yesterday and the BEST i could manage was 9.4!!! The Accord got a best 10.7!!!!
Both our 60ft times were pretty much the same as usuall, but just our 2nd gear and up i guess it jus didnt want to pull as hard?
O well, sounds like the HEAT defenitly hurts the performance, are their any cures?!
Thanx,
Tony

Well, when it rains the tracks close. I would say that affects my drag racing. hehe.
Ice packs on the intake pipe or i/c, keeping the hood open while you're waiting in line, turning the car off while you're waiting all help- particularly in hot weather.
